NAVAC 8

Overview: NAVAC

NAVAC is a professional HVAC/R tools manufacturer — vacuum pumps, refrigerant tools, and A/C line repair equipment built for working technicians. It’s a premium, high-consideration catalog (average selling price well above $250).

NAVAC operates in a subcategory with heavy seller fragmentation — listings that historically drew five or more sellers apiece, the classic setup for Buy Box volatility and price erosion on a premium brand.

Main Points: TLDR

  • Holding Buy Box control on premium listings in a fragmented, multi-seller subcategory.
  • Scaling a high-ASP professional-tools catalog into a multi-million-dollar Amazon business

Strategy & Goals

Navira’s first priority was to take control of NAVAC’s Amazon presence. We cleaned up more than 10 unauthorized sellers and consolidated the entire catalog under a single FBA seller account (Navira). Establishing one authorized seller gave us the foundation to expand marketing, maintain healthy inventory, and deliver clean, consistent content and a reliable customer experience across every listing. Along the way, we also resolved a series of Brand Registry issues that had limited NAVAC’s control over its own listings—restoring the brand protections needed to defend the catalog long-term.

With the account stabilized, Navira focused on winning share in a crowded, legacy-dominated category. NAVAC competes against long-established brands whose customers “have been doing it this way forever,” so we built the content and advertising strategy around NAVAC’s innovation and points of difference—the features that give professionals a reason to switch. This emphasis on what makes NAVAC different has been central to converting new-to-brand customers who might otherwise default to the incumbents.

To sustain that momentum, we launch new SKUs annually while holding a consistent brand experience across the expanding catalog. Navira also provides ongoing market intelligence, giving NAVAC’s team a clear read on where the opportunities are so they can focus product development on the highest-potential areas.

Short-Term Goal

Consolidate the catalog under a single authorized FBA seller account, remove unauthorized sellers, resolve Brand Registry issues, and establish clean, optimized content across all listings.

Long-Term Goal

Grow market share against entrenched legacy brands through innovation-led positioning, annual SKU launches, and market-intelligence-driven product development—while maintaining Buy Box control and a consistent brand experience.

The Final Results

NAVAC's Amazon sales are up 30%+ year over year across 116 active child ASINs. Despite operating in a subcategory averaging 5+ sellers per listing, Navira holds a clean Offer (Buy Box) rate—securing the sale on the vast majority of a premium, heavily contested catalog. That growth reflects real market-share gains against entrenched legacy brands, powered by the seller consolidation, Brand Registry cleanup, and innovation-led positioning above.
